Eat less, and better.
Move more, sleep more.
Busy professionals (especially in tech related jobs) have a hell of a time with this and sometimes turn to nootropics and possibly other “hacks” to make up for staring at blue light emitting screens for most of the day. Our jobs have become more sedentary and therefore have conditioned us to not move by default.
Your health is more important than your job or your money. Today it seems that your job defines you more than your health does. This is flat out wrong. Your health is everything about you. It’s how you show up for work or on the weekends for your kids. It’s how you walk in the door when you get home and show up for your significant other. Putting your good health front and center above everything else isn’t selfish, it’s where you start helping others. You can’t help in the best way if you’re not putting your health first and when you show up healthy, you show up to make things happen.
